Shipping & Returns
Since the product is received in correct condition, return within 48 hours and shipping will be borne by the customer.
As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, via UPS with tracking number and delivery without signature. If you prefer certified shipping via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal costs. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your articles in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
All products sold may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery (shipping costs will not be counted in the return), in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.
Previously, the client must indicate his intention by email. Laura Perfumery will reply by means of another email specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.
Return costs will be borne by the customer.
The refund in the customer's account as a result of this return, will be made within 7 days from the receipt of the goods by Laura Perfumery.
To make the return, the customer will be paid the amount purchased by the same means that he made the payment in the store, the economic return will be made at the time the merchandise arrives at our warehouse and will be made by the same means as the customer made the payment, with the exception of the cash on delivery payment that the return will be made by depositing a bank account, the €2 commission for this payment method will not be refunded. The approximate return period will be 72 hours for payments made by paypal and 48 hours for payments made by any other payment method.
The return may not take place in any case if the supplied products were clearly used.
Products must imperatively be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or soiled by the customer) with all accessories, instructions and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by Laura Perfumery in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.
In the event that the return is not accepted by the supplier on the understanding that the product whose return is intended has been used, these products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be collected by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days from your return.
Packages that do not contain any attached element that allows the sender to be identified (order number, name, address,...) may not be returned either.
The expenses and risks related to the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them safely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
Through Laura Perfumery you can make returns of the products purchased for the amount thereof. Once the returned products have been received, Laura Perfumery will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to pay the amount paid less shipping costs, regardless of the amount of the returned product.
Anyone who returns their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.
